Welcome to the Oil & Gas GeoRef Coordinate Search
To begin searching, use only the search options that you need--leave the others blank. Fields filled in will be 'anded' together to produce a listing of search results. Enter your Name and Company abbreviation in the field provided and click the search button to retrieve results. To refine your search use your Browser's back button. .

PLEASE NOTE WHEN USING COORDINATE SEARCHING: Coordinate searching is available only for citations published from September 1977 forward. Coordinates were assigned by Georef representatives for the principal area or areas which are studied in a document; they are not automatically added for each area term in a citation. Geographical coordinates are specified as follows: start from the southeastern-most point, then travel north, then west, until four corners of the area have been defined, e.g., Latitude 1, Latitude 2, Longitude 1, Longitude 2. It is advisable to use coordinates only to supplement a search on geographic terms. Use PA/Georef Quick form for all other searching.
